The 5 cottages are each on 2 floors; 70m2 of living area with 3 bedrooms, 2 shower-rooms, a spacious open-plan fitted kitchen and living area and all other mod-cons.

Freehold price of a cottage in 2014, including furniture & parking: €100,000.

A flexible rental structure allows an investor to choose the number of weeks holiday each year.

Example:

An owner investor not using the property for holidays will receive a return of 5% of the purchase price: 5,000€ per year.

An owner investor who wishes to use the property for holidays will receive a return of up to 4% of the purchase price: 4,000€ per year.*

These figures are net of service charges, management fees, routine maintenance and replacement of furniture & fittings when necessary.
